Our founder’s path wasn't easy. Like many, once believed that health meant strict diets and punishing workouts, born from years struggling with an eating disorder. For too long, food was the enemy and exercise was a form of punishment.

However, true health isn’t about what you deny yourself; it's about what you nurture within. It isn’t just about the food on your plate- it's about the thoughts in your mind and what you tell yourself when you look in the mirror everyday.

We want to help change perceptions. Therefore, our protein treats were born out of this realisation: that balance is key and that health is a feeling and eating these treats should not compromise your fitness journey. We also have the added beauty benefit of collagen protein which is used to make all of our treats.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels, and that's the message we want to share with every bite. We hope you love our products, just as much as we do!
